Which data is processed?

• Login Data: Email address and password (only if a user account exists).
• Individual Financial Parameters: Equity ratio, interest rate, and other personal calculation parameters, if entered by the user.
• Usage Data: Technical data such as browser type and version, and, where applicable, anonymized usage statistics.

We do not process sensitive data within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR and no payment information, as long as no paid features are offered.

Purpose of Data Processing

• Provision of the plugin functionalities (display of purchase/rental prices, yield calculations).
• Storage of individual settings to enable personalized analyses.
• Improvement of the user experience and optimization of the extension.

Legal Basis

• Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract) for the use of the plugin functions.
• Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest) for statistical analyses.
• Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent), if tracking or marketing features are used.

• No personal data is transferred to third parties, unless legally required or expressly permitted by the user.
• Technical infrastructure (e.g., hosting) may involve external providers who are commissioned in compliance with the GDPR.

Storage Duration

Personal data is only stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes or as long as statutory retention obligations exist. Users can have their data deleted at any time.
