ImmoLens optimizes the real estate search on property portals by integrating additional information (including average purchase and rental prices, market analyses, financial key figures) into search results and property listings (Exposés). The Extension is intended solely for informational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice.
Registration may be necessary for certain features (e.g., saving individual financial parameters). The user is obligated to treat their access data confidentially and protect it from misuse. The specified financial parameters (equity ratio, interest rate, etc.) are used exclusively for calculating the displayed key figures.
The Extension may only be used for its intended purpose. Misuse, particularly automated extraction (scraping) or manipulation of data, is prohibited. The operator reserves the right to block access in the event of misuse.
All displayed information and calculations (e.g., KPIs, market analyses) are based on publicly accessible data and internal calculation models. No warranty is given for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data. The use of the provided information is at the user's own risk. Liability for damages arising from the use or non-use of the information is excluded, to the extent legally permissible.
The operator reserves the right to change, expand, or discontinue features of the Extension at any time, and to amend these Terms. Users will be informed of essential changes in a timely manner.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions of these Terms be ineffective, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The place of jurisdiction for merchants (Kaufleute) is the registered office of the operator.
